There is a lot of activity with PLANE and our participation from parents is growing. One of the main tasks right now is to raise awareness about the scope of anticipated cuts (and what that could mean for our kids!!) and to build the network of parents to promote 4-7 key strategies for increasing revenue for education (both issues which were presented and discussed at the parent PLANE meeting on 9/15. There is now material posted on a yahoo 'group' for your review.... please sign up there to get news on Action items and updates from PLANE.
